The Steinbrenner Warrior football team was able to defeat the Riverview Sharks with a score of 22-12.

To start the game, the Warriors kicked the ball off to the Riverview. Neither Steinbrenner, nor Riverview were able to score points early on in the game, however, the scoring drought came to an end when the Sharks rushed for a touchdown but missed the extra point. As the first half came to a close, the Riverview Sharks was in the lead with a score of 0-6.

When halftime ended, the Steinbrenner Warriors became a new team. Steinbrenner’s quarterback was able to connect one of his wide-receivers for a touchdown in the third quarter, but failed to score the extra point.

The fourth quarter was tense because it was a tied game at 6-6. But not long after Steinbrenner was able to drive the ball down to the red zone and score a field goal making the score 9-6 with the Warriors in the lead. Riverview was unable to do anything on offense, so the ball went back to Steinbrenner. Later on the Warriors were able to score another touchdown, and attempted a two point converson in order to make up for their missed extra point but failed. This touchdown allow them to gain a substantial lead of 15-6 against the Sharks.

In the final minutes, the Warrior offense and defense worked hard in order to ensure their victory. The offense worked cohesively in order to score another touchdown. They were successful in their attempt and scored another rushing touchdown and were able to kick a extra point making the score, 22-6. At this moment, the Sharks were desperate for points and they were finally able to quench their desperation by scoring another touchdown, however they failed to make the extra point again.

As the buzzer rang, the final score was 22-12, a Steinbrenner victory.
