This is an announcement to all gamers who plan to buy Amiibos! There is an Amiibo-hoarder on the loose buying astounding amounts of Amiibos at stores across the globe. If you have a defective Amiibo I suggest going into hiding as the hoarder is more inclined to steal those. Eyewitnesses report the hoarder walking out of a GameGo with as many Rosalina figures as his arms could carry. GameGo’s assitant stated, “He walked in and bought our entire stock. He ordered the rest of our shipments and paid over $4,000 for it. Why would he need that many?” This is a question Nintendon’t fans everywhere are asking.
Steve John, a worker at Nintendon’t, was caught earlier yesterday illegally selling the defective Amiibos to the hoarder via E-Bae. “The hoarder was paying me thousands for the defective ones! You would do the same!” he shouted to the police before his arrest. What John said was later affirmed, seeing as the E-Bae bid was closed by user “Rosalinaluver5” which was soon revealed to be the same Amiibo hoarder. The bid was closed for a Samus figure with two canons instead of one at $2,500, and at 25,100 for a legless Peach. Resources say his next target is an armless Fox Amiibo.
Toy stores around the world have begun enforcing a “two Rosalina Amiibo per person” policy. This does not stop the hoarder who now resorts to dastardly disguises in order to fulfill his daily amiibo quota. Several reports have claimed that the hoarder wears a giant beige trench coat that hides Rosalina Amiibos in its pockets along with giant sunglasses covering his eyes and forehead. However, many Amiibo figures fall out of the over stocked trenchcoat, easily giving him away.
Any Amiibo collector or user in the Moscow area should refrain from using the Metro system, as the hoarder now uses his amiibos as a ticket. The gates have responded to the Amiibo and open without any pay. According to the hoarder’s blog he claims, “Soon the metro system next the world lol much luna such swag #noregrets”.
